- 1 ingcosana ye-thyme eyomile
- 1 ½ amathisipuni aqhephukile upelepele omnyama
UKULUNGISELELA
I-tuna ihlanjululwe ngogalikhi kanye ne-soy sauce imizuzu engu-5, bese uqhubeka njengase-tuna ku-coriander sauce. Kugezwa ngososo bese kuphakwa.

Isosi ye-demi-glace yehliswa yaba uhhafu ngaphezu kokushisa okuphansi, kufakwa i-shallot, iwayini elibomvu, i-tarragon, i-thyme nopelepele omnyama, kushiyelwa ukuqina kancane bese kuyaphakwa.
